Master Finch doing Ironman 70.3 UK event for SCOPE

Some of you know that I like a challenge and as I have never participated in a triathlon there are few bigger than this.  The Ironman70.3 UK event (15th June 2014) is the toughest course in the UK and consists of: 1.2 mile run… 56 mile bike 13.1 run

I will be doing this for SCOPE – a wonderful charity providing opportunities for disabled people.  I would be so greatful if you could donate and support what you can and help spread the word.

Huge thanks

Master Finch

Man on the Run 2014

Sunday, 6th July

Hampton Pier Avenue

Yes gentleman, that’s right – it is that time of year again when you need to hunt down those trainers, dust off the shorts and start moving for cancer research!

We at MF Kent are very proud to be entering a team for the 3rd year running for this year’s Man on the Run.  We will be helping to raise much needed funds and awareness into male cancer research.

Last year the amount raised was over £17,000 which is absolutely amazing – all of which went to the charity as it is organised on a volunteer basis.

This is event is open to all males of any age and you can walk / jog the 5k route.

You can register at: www.manontherun.org or call 07711 431442

Entry fees: £12 – adult / £6 – under 18’s

This is always a fun morning and we look forward to seeing as many of you there as possible.

Wonderful day at Chislet Primary School

Posted on: April 29th, 2014 by David Finch

On Monday, 28th April we were invited to spend the day at Chislet Church of England Primary School to teach a day of fun Martial Arts PE lessons and what a great deal of fun we had too!

All the children (and staff) were simply amazing and extremely welcoming.  From Reception class to Year 6 everyone got stuck in and learnt some basic Martial Arts techniques and Stranger Danger.

In addition, well done to Henry & Jasper who attend our Reculver School who did a great job of assisting in their classes.

Well done everyone at Chislet and we look forward to visiting again very soon.
