Staplehurst – 25th Oct
Staplehurst classes – Thursday, 25th October 2018
As it is the school half-term all classes will run from the Village Centre, North Hall at the usual holiday times:
- Mighty Matts & Juniors: 4:00 – 4:45pm
- Seniors: 4:45 – 5:30pm
- Weapons: 5:30 – 6:15pm
Please also note that the following week, 1st November 2018, we will remain in the Village Centre (North Hall) as there is a parent’s evening at the school. Class times will be our usual term-time timetable:
- Mighty Matts: 5:00pm
- Juniors: 5:30pm
- Seniors: 6:30pm
- Weapons: 7:30pm
We will be back in the school as normal from 8th November onwards.
Broomfield – Sat, 10th Nov
Due to the MF Kent team attending the British Championships there will be no classes on Saturday, 10th November in Broomfield.
Please feel free to attend any suitable classes in Canterbury to make up for any missed time. E-mail us to find out which class is suitable: kent@mattfiddes.com

Canterbury, 17th Oct – UPDATE
All classes will now be held upstairs in the Sports Hall (6th form area) and NOT the main sports hall.
Space will be a bit tight so unfortunately parents will be asked to wait outside. Please bring your children upstairs for the start of the class and we will collect them at the entrance to the room. At the end of the class we will walk the children downstairs to meet you.

We are delighted to announce the second IMC event to be held in Bristol. This permanent fixture in the Matt Fiddes Martial Arts calendar will be hosted by Grandmaster Murphy, Master Fiddes & Master Finch and is open to:
- MF students & Instructors
- Black Belt Only (1st Dan & above only)
- 11yrs& above only

TICKET PRICE: 50% discount for additional family members
Normal ticket price: £79 (1st Oct – 17th Oct)
Early-bird special: £59 (17th – 30th Sept)

Spaces will be limited so be sure to book early to avoid disappointment and take advantage of the early-bird entry fee. This will be an opportunity to train with and learn from some of the best Black Belts in the organisation.
Staplehurst – summer holidays
As usual during the school holidays we move all classes to the Village Centre. Please note, this holiday the classes will run from the South Hall.
Our usual holiday timetable applies:
- Mighty Matts & Juniors: 4:00 – 4:45pm
- Seniors: 4:45 – 5:30pm
- Weapons: 5:30pm
Summer shut-down: there will be no classes on Thursday, 16th August due to our summer shut-down that week.

Due to end of term house cleaning we are unable to have our normal classes. We will endeavour to extend classes to make up for missed time.

Summer Shut-down
Each summer we all need a little time to rest, recharge and reflect on what a fantastic year it has been so far. Please make a note of the summer shut-down this year:
- 11th August – 19th August
There will be no classes during this period so please feel free to attend any other locations / classes to make up for missed time. To find out other location days and times please e-mail kent@mattfiddes.com.
It has been a wonderful year so far and you have all worked incredibly hard towards your goals. Have a good rest, enjoy some wonderful family time and we look forward to seeing you in class soon.
