We are delighted to be working with Maidstone Grammar School for Girls this year, delivering self-defence P.E. lessons to year 11.
The classes got off to a fantastic start today and will continue for the next 3-mths working on everything from basic self-defence principles, basic strikes and some fun fitness. Well done ladies!
We are very excited to begin a 6-week programme with Sheldwich Primary School today. Over the course of the programme we will be teaching years 1 & 3, showing them a variety of fun Martial Arts techniques as well as learning about focus and concentration.
This programme has been funded through the Canterbury School Sports Partnership.
